I go through the numbers, the assumptions, the upside, the downside, the risk, and what it does to your cash. Including the parts that are conveniently being ignored.
You'll get one of three answers: Yes, I'd do it. No, I wouldn't. I'd do it, but not like this.
From $450 + GST, depending on size
For the smaller number of businesses where it makes sense for me to be more involved.
That might be ongoing strategic advisory, a board or director seat, working alongside you and your accountant, or getting a business ready to grow or to sell. Occasionally it's investing or partnering.
There's no set shape to this. If there's a good business, a good person, and somewhere I can actually add value, I'm interested in the conversation.
